The brief

The Receptionist needed hardware to go with their exceptional software. They wanted an easy solution for their clients. They didn’t want their clients to have to search around for a stand to match their iPad. They wanted convenience for their customers. A ‘one-stop shop’ for everything their clients needed to get their software up and running.

The aesthetics of the stands were also important to The Receptionist. Working across multiple industries meant their clients are diverse, with varying needs and environments. They needed a versatile tablet solution that would work for all their clients.

Our solution

Bosstab provided The Receptionist with a variety of options to suit all their clients’ needs. We chose four Elite Evo products – the Fixed Wall Mount, the Screw Mount, the Freestanding, and the Floor Stand, as well as the Elite Nexus.

Our goal was to make sure The Receptionist was fully stocked with a range of options so that whenever their clients were in need, they would be ready. We provided options in both black and white to suit whatever iPad or environment each client had.

The result

The Receptionist is now able to offer their clients “The Receptionist In-a-Box” option to their clients. This is a convenient, ‘open and go’ solution, which has had a huge impact on The Receptionist’s customer experience. No more hassles. Just a quick, simple solution.

The Receptionist clients don’t need to worry about theft or protecting their iPad systems from being damaged – Bosstab has got them covered (literally!).

The takeaway
