All U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified (such as larger orders containing pallets). All international orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse will be shipped via UPS or DHL International.

Times listed are after the order has shipped and only include business days. Place your order before 2PM and we will work hard to provide same day shipping. Larger orders may need an extra day.

The Touch mount connects to the back of the tablet via a thin metal plate. The metal plate is bonded to the tablet using 3M adhesive strips, and then that metal plate itself is what screws into the top of the Touch bracket.

Whilst the Touch isn’t as secure as our lockable option, it does offer excellent security as it resists a pulling force in excess of 50kgs (110lbs). This means that if someone were to try stealing the tablet by pulling it would be incredibly difficult (and time consuming!) and there would be more likelihood of the tablet itself bending than of the adhesive releasing the item. The adhesive panel is also secured underneath a steel bracket which screws onto a hidden metal plate.

Security would depend on your individual circumstances – we would not recommend the Touch for a display in an open, unmonitored area (such as quiet, outdoor train station) however if it were displayed in an indoor or well-attended area (such as the sales counter inside a retail store), it would be quite a safe option.

* The 9.7 inch iPad Air 2nd Gen case can also be modified to fit an iPad 6, iPad 5, and iPad Air 1st Gen, however it would require some manual trimming on the rubber inserts on your behalf with a scalpel or similar, so it is generally not something we recommend.

No problem! Please reach out to our sales team with your order number so that we can look up your key serial and arrange a replacement set. This serial number may also be engraved on the face of your Elite lock.
