Since they first launched in 2017, VisitUs has used technology to improve business security, safety compliance and the guest experience via an industry-leading visitor management system that offers the ultimate user experience for visitors, contractor, and employees.

With an ethos that’s all about enabling technology to improve quality of life, VisitUs automates work tasks and connects people to place using an intuitive cloud-based platform suited to Android and iPad devices.

The platform has been developed by actively seeking customer feedback and enhancing it to meet their demands.

This commitment to customer satisfaction and constant innovation now sees the VisitUs platform available in over 15 countries, with a user base that’s growing every day.

It also recently saw VisitUs recognised by Software Reviews, who awarded the software provider with the title of best vendor support 2022.

Our solution

Noting aesthetics, functionality, durability and security were all key features required, we put forward the Elite tablet enclosure with the option of either an Evo X freestanding base or Evo X floor stand.

A highly-popular choice for all business environments, the Elite case features a durable and lockable faceplate for optimum security and is suited to a range of different device types including iPads and Android models.

It’s also designed to be streamlined and svelte, providing that welcoming look which creates a great first impression for visitor management.

We paired the Elite tablet enclosure with the Evo X freestanding base and floor stand.

The Evo X freestanding pole is suited to countertop or tabletop use, allows the tablet to rotate between portrait and landscape, and features a 40-degree tilt.

This stand also includes a position lock on both tilt and rotate movement, so it can be set in a suitable position for visitor sign-in.

The Evo X floor stand offers the same tilt and rotation flexibility, but in a stand that features a heavy base and can be positioned anywhere as a visitor management kiosk.

The result

VisitUs now uses Bosstab as the supplier of choice for tablet stands which support their software and assist in the adoption of their web-based visitor management system.

They note the partnership has proved ideal due to the aesthetically pleasing nature and security of the stands and the customer service offered by Bosstab.
