Meanwhile, seeking feedback can be specific to an individual, team or department, or rolled out across an entire organisation.

A key attribute of the software is that it does not require customers to navigate to a new landing page or undertake a lengthy survey to offer their feedback. Their response is recorded automatically, without requiring them to reconfirm their selection.

Once they give a response they are also taken to a branded and customised landing page where they can leave additional feedback including comments, if they wish. This page can include social media icons, product advertising, and site linkbacks.

All landing pages are also designed to be mobile friendly, and customers can also be directed to third-party review areas such as Google to increase the capture of customer reviews.

Reporting

There arent a lot of table stands available for the Surface Pro, but the Elite Evo was a great fit, very stylis and has a good weight to the base plate. Shipping was amazing. Placed the order and recieved it the next day, and thats shipping from Australia to NZ! Overall, amazing service.

Very happy with the wall mount. However, it was dissapointing to find that the back panel is ABS plastic - not aluminium. Your product page does not mention that it is plastic and even describes screen printing on the base as, quote- "silk-screen finish on our powder coated molded metal bases" It seems like you have done a lot to suggest it is all metal which would have been better for my intended purpose.

Great product and service. It should be clearer that the mount requires a cable with a right angle connector. Its an optional extra on the product but not obvious that a standard cable won't fit.
