How it works
Review collection
Reviews offers a series of email invitation templates that business can use to send to their customers, inviting them to leave a review of products and services.
The software also features AB split testing to allow businesses to test message types and times in order to deliver the best results. A business can ask for company reviews, product reviews or both at the same time, and they can seek this feedback as comments, star ratings or both.
Customers can leave this review via mobile, using their desktop or tablet, and the business can also direct their client to third-party sites like Facebook, Google or TrustPilot to leave their reviews there directly.
Meanwhile, customers can upload a photograph alongside their review of a company or product.
Reviews can also be collected directly in-store, with the software featuring an app that can be displayed on an in-store iPad.
Review management
The software includes a dashboard where businesses can easily see their reviews, including those from third party sites.
They are also notified when a review is posted, allowing them to thank customers immediately or address any issues. If there is a poor review, a business can resolve the issue with the customer then ask for a revision.
If a business already has reviews, they can import them directly into Reviews and the software will post it to the relevant channels.
Review publishing
Reviews offers widgets that can be added to a business’ site so their latest reviews will be displayed on the page of their choosing.
These reviews are collected directly from Reviews and also third-party sites like Facebook and Google.
Meanwhile, the software links in with Google ads, so seller ratings display next to paid advertising. There’s also a focus on SEO included, courtesy of rich results-friendly widgets.
Reviews can be automatically shared to social media and traditional advertising channels.
Integrations
The Reviews software integrates with a series of other popular platforms including e-commerce, messaging, social and CRM software like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Slack, SalesForce, Facebook and Twitter.
