To create a survey, users select from a series of available templates and questions that span a range of categories including feedback, research, retail, auditing, education, customer satisfaction, registration forms, waivers, hospitality and so much more.
The surveys can then be customised to the business’ brand and deployed via kiosks, in person, on mobile forms, or online.
Survey data capture
Surveys are designed to be simple, engaging and fun, offering a fast, efficient way to capture data quickly. The software also supports multi-language.
Importantly, it allows business to turn tablets into kiosks where patrons can complete surveys automatically and without assistance. Should a kiosk fail, an email notification can be immediately sent to the survey host.
Meanwhile, the surveys can be configured to automatically send a thank you email to survey participants after they complete their responses, can also select random survey respondents as prize winners, can act as a tool for patrons to accept terms and conditions and has a feature for signature capture.
Mobile forms
A unique feature of QuickTapSurvey is that the software can be utilised for mobile forms. This is particularly useful for auditing, reporting or recording job progress in the services and trade sector.
The forms can feature instructions and checklists, have photos uploaded, and have QR codes and map co-ordinates incorporated.
Reporting and analytics
Survey results can be viewed in real-time, and downloaded into other popular software formats, including the generation of professional PDF reports.
Scores can also be assigned to survey responses allowing each survey to generate useful numbers like net performance scores.
Meanwhile, surveys can all be controlled remotely and have access control features so only authorised people can create and alter the surveys or view the results.
