Step 1
Find your model number
1 You can find your model number on the back of the iPad.
2 Look for something that looks similar to: Model A1822.
3 Alternatively you can open the settings app.
4 Click on the General tab.
5 Click on the About button.
6 You can find the model number by looking for the model section.
Please note this method does not always show the correct model number. We recommend using the first method highlighted in steps 1 & 2.
