Our Warranty Policy
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged then you can send it back for a refund, replacement or store credit and we'll pay for the return postage costs. We offer a 12 month warranty on items that are deemed defective by the manufacturer
If you have a defective product covered by this warranty, we will either repair using new or refurbished parts, or if repair is not possible, replace the item.
The warranty will not cover loss or theft, nor damage deemed to be caused by misuse or unauthorized modification.

Received the wrong product
In the unlikely case that we send you the wrong product then you can return it for a replacement or store credit and we'll pay for the return postage costs. All costs will be covered by us.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a product after you've received it then you can send it back to us for a refund minus any postage charges. This is only allowed if the product is unused in its original undamaged packaging.
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee when returned in an unused and unopened condition.
Items that are returned in a damaged or unsellable condition will be charged a 50% restocking fee. Please be sure to safely pack your return before shipping, we aren't responsible for damage sustained in the return shipment.
The fee will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
The item(s) must be shipped within 3 days of receiving return details.
Any returns that fall outside the above time will not be accepted.
