Setup Guide

Dock for Square Reader
01 Remove outer cover
Push in the two side buttons and lift off the outer cover to remove.
02 Insert Square Reader for contactless and chip
Place your Square Reader for contactless and chip with the card slot facing downwards.
03 Re-attach outer cover
Place the outer cover back on until the cover clicks to lock in place.
04 Plug in power
Plug in the power cable to charge. You are now ready to start taking payments.

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged then you can send it back for a refund, replacement or store credit and we'll cover the return postage costs. We offer a 24 month warranty on items that have a manufacturing fault.
If you have a defective product covered by this warranty, we will either repair using new or refurbished parts, or if repair is not possible, replace the item.
The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor damage deemed to be caused by misuse or unauthorized modification.

    Does the Dock for Square Reader come with the Square Reader for contactless and chip?

    No, the Dock for Square Reader is sold as the dock only and does not include the Square Reader for contactless and chip.

    Is the Dock for Square Reader powered?

    There is a cutout at the rear of the Dock for Square Reader to plug in a charging cable. The charging cable is sold separately.

    Can I screw down the dock to my counter?

    The Dock for Square Reader has been designed for mobility and features a silicone grip base. There is no option to screw down the dock.

    What card readers are compatible?

    We have custom designed the Dock for Square Reader for use with the Square Reader for contactless and chip only. It is not compatible with any other card reader.

    Does this product come with a warranty?

    We provide a 24 month manufacturers warranty with all of our products. Check out our warranty policy for more information.
